He has held leadership roles at Forbes.com, NHL.com, and worked with the United Nations on the Umoja initiative—one of the largest ERP transformations in the public sector. Witnessing the power of distributed work in large-scale institutions inspired him to build tools that simplify global hiring, proof-of-work, compliance, and payments.
