SPAM GUIDELINES

Thareja Technologies Inc. (“Thareja AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to maintaining a respectful and trustworthy digital environment. These Spam Guidelines apply to all users of the Thareja AI platform and govern the use of our communication, messaging, and outreach features.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy Thareja AI maintains a strict zero tolerance policy toward spam, fraudulent messages, abusive content, and bulk unsolicited communications. Use of the platform to send such messages may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited ActivitiesYou may not use the Thareja AI platform to:

• Send mass or bulk unsolicited messages, job offers, or invitations
• Send irrelevant or off-topic content to clients, workers, or third parties
• Promote products, services, or external links without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Collect or harvest user data without consent

3.  Forbidden Content in Messages Users may not transmit content that:

• Is harassing, threatening, defamatory, abusive, or hateful
• Contains profanity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Violates privacy, copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Includes malware, links to harmful sites, or suspicious attachments
• Contains fake invoices, impersonation, or phishing attempts

4. Monitoring and Enforcement Thareja AI may monitor usage of its messaging and notification features for abuse prevention, quality assurance, and legal compliance. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

5. How to Report Spam or Abuse If you receive unsolicited or abusive messages through the Thareja AI platform, please report them immediately to legal@thareja.ai. Include relevant details, screenshots, or links if possible.

6. Updates to This Policy We may update these Spam Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. Thank you for helping us keep the Thareja AI platform professional, respectful, and secure.

This policy is part of the Thareja AI Agreement as defined in our Terms of Use.
