Welcome to Thareja AI. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theThareja AI platform, operated by Thareja Technologies Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “Thareja”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using Thareja AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use this platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Platform Use Thareja AI is designed to support time tracking, team management, work performance monitoring, and compliance management. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

5. Prohibited Activities You may not:

• Misrepresent time worked or tamper with tracking tools
• Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform
• Share your login with others
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Use the platform to harass, spam, or exploit others

6. Data and Privacy You retain ownership of all content and data submitted to Thareja AI. However, you grant Thareja Technologies Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, copy, and transmit such content solely to provide services through the platform. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices.

7. Ownership and IP All intellectual property rights in the platform and content belong to Thareja Technologies Inc. You may not reproduce or redistribute platform materials without our prior written permission.

7A. Third-Party Services and Advertising Thareja AI may integrate with or link to third-party services or platforms. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Thareja Technologies Inc. is not responsible for the actions, content, or data handling practices of any third-party service.

From time to time, the platform may display advertisements or affiliate links. Your interactions with advertisers or third-party providers found on or through the platform are solely between you and such third parties. Thareja Technologies Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings.

Thareja AI may integrate with or link to third-party services or platforms. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Thareja Technologies Inc. is not responsible for the actions, content, or data handling practices of any third-party service.

7B. Backups  While Thareja AI may maintain periodic backups for internal purposes, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data or content submitted to the platform. Thareja Technologies Inc. does not guarantee the restoration or recovery of lost data.

8. Service Availability  We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or misuse.

9. Termination and Refusal of Service We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Thareja AI platform or services, or any other agreement with Thareja Technologies Inc., shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body under its applicable rules.

Class Actions Prohibited: You and Thareja Technologies Inc. agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Unless both you and Thareja agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

This section will survive termination of your relationship with Thareja.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law These Terms are governed by JAMS arbitration rules. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS, conducted remotely or in a mutually agreed location.

13. Modifications to Terms  We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
