REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Thareja Technologies Inc. (“Thareja AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) issues refunds for services purchased through the Thareja AI platform.

1. General Policy All payments made to Thareja AI are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy. By using our services, you agree to this refund policy in full.

2. Eligibility for Refunds  Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues or outages that prevent access to paid services for more than 48 consecutive hours.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors.
• Accidental charges reported within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Items  The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Background checks
• AI interview or screening sessions
• Time already tracked or services already rendered
• Any setup and monthly service fees once initiated
• Subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis (after the billing cycle starts)

4. Pro-Rated Refunds  We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial use of a service period. All subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Requesting a Refund To request a refund, please contact support at billing@thareja.ai within 7 days of the charge in question. Provide your name, registered email, invoice number, and reason for the request. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be reviewed.

6. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Thareja AI is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

7. Accounts in Violation Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Use or engaged in abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the platform are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.
