DMCA POLICY

Thareja Technologies Inc. (“Thareja AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the process for submitting a copyright infringement claim or counter-notice.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement If you believe that content hosted or displayed on the Thareja AI platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice with the following information:

• Your full name and contact information (email, address, and phone number)
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
• The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

2. Fair Use Consideration   Before filing a takedown notice, please consider whether the use of the material qualifies as fair use under copyright law. Misuse of the DMCA process may result in legal consequences.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure  If your content was removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe this was a mistake or is lawful (e.g., fair use), you may send us a counter-notice containing:

• Your full name and contact information
• Identification of the removed material and where it previously appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local U.S. Federal District Court and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringers  Thareja AI reserves the right to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
